Please review this for a smooth and comfortable dental visit.
Online Booking Process
Select treatment and provider. Pick your preferred date and time. Provide contact info and symptoms. Receive confirmation email.
Before Your Visit
- Bring photo ID and your dental insurance information for first visits. List all current medications. Arrive 10 minutes early. Notify us if you need help with insurance claims.
Rescheduling Rules
- Please give 48 hours notice for changes. Same-day no-shows may limit future bookings. Late arrivals may result in longer wait times.
